The HSP90B (Phospho-Ser254) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can detect HSP90B protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated HSP90B in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on HSP90B phosphorylation.

Application Images
Western blot analysis of extracts from HeLa cells treated with TNF-a 10ng/ml 30', using HSP90B (Phospho-Ser254) Antibody.
An illustrated breakdown of the colorimetric Non-Phospho Cell-Based ELISA assay principles.
A short protocol of the steps taken in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA Kits.
The Anti-GAPDH Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody used as a positive control in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA kits. It was tested on Western Blots with the tissue lysates from human, mouse, and rat for specificity.
