The GSK3alpha/beta (Phospho-Tyr279/216) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can detect GSK3alpha/beta protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated GSK3alpha/beta in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on GSK3alpha/beta phosphorylation.

Western blot analysis of extracts from HeLa cells, using GSK3 alpha/beta (Phospho-Tyr279/216) Antibody.
An illustrated breakdown of the colorimetric Non-Phospho Cell-Based ELISA assay principles.
A short protocol of the steps taken in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA Kits.
The Anti-GAPDH Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody used as a positive control in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA kits. It was tested on Western Blots with the tissue lysates from human, mouse, and rat for specificity.
