The FKHRL1 (Phospho-Ser253) Fluorometric Cell-Based Phospho ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor FKHRL1 (Phospho-Ser253) protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated FKHRL1 (Phospho-Ser253) in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals, or activators have on FOXO3 phosphorylation.

Application Images
Western blot analysis of extracts from LOVO cells treated with serum 20% 30', using FKHRL1 (Phospho-Ser253) Antibody.
Jurkat cells were starved for 24 hrs. and stimulated with 200nM PMA for 1 hr.
An illustrated breakdown of the colorimetric Non-Phospho Cell-Based ELISA assay principles.
A short protocol of the steps taken in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA Kits.
The Anti-GAPDH Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody used as a positive control in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA kits. It was tested on Western Blots with the tissue lysates from human, mouse, and rat for specificity.
