The CREB (Phospho-Ser133) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can detect CREB protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated CREB in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on CREB phosphorylation.

Western blot analysis of extracts from Jurkat and 293 cells treated with UV, using CREB (Phospho-Ser133) Antibody.
An illustrated breakdown of the colorimetric Non-Phospho Cell-Based ELISA assay principles.
A short protocol of the steps taken in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA Kits.
The Anti-GAPDH Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody used as a positive control in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA kits. It was tested on Western Blots with the tissue lysates from human, mouse, and rat for specificity.
