The CDC2 (Phospho-Tyr15) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can detect CDC2 protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated CDC2 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on CDC2 phosphorylation.

Western blot analysis of extracts from COS7 cells, using CDC2 (Phospho-Tyr15) Antibody.
An illustrated breakdown of the colorimetric Non-Phospho Cell-Based ELISA assay principles.
A short protocol of the steps taken in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA Kits.
The Anti-GAPDH Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody used as a positive control in Assay Biotechnology's Cell-Based ELISA kits. It was tested on Western Blots with the tissue lysates from human, mouse, and rat for specificity.
